Founder
Travis is the founder of Boundless Blue and an environmental scientist with a background in sustainability strategy, environmental consulting, and field-based marine conservation.
As a certified Divemaster with more than 800 hours logged underwater across the Global South, he brings firsthand experience from time spent in and around marine research and conservation work.
At Boundless Blue, Travis leads funding strategy and grant development, applying a systems-driven approach to help marine conservation programs become clearer, more defensible, and easier to fund over time.
Loretta Skiff

Loretta is a senior grant strategist at Boundless Blue and the founder of Planet Grants, a grant consultancy with a strong track record securing federal and foundation funding for environmental and sustainability initiatives.
With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit grants and development space, she brings deep expertise in federal agency funding, foundation grants, post-award management, and compliance.
At Boundless Blue, Loretta supports funding strategy and proposal development for marine conservation programs, translating complex scientific and place-based work into clear, competitive proposals that align with funder priorities.
